2018 CHHS Baseball Membership Levels and Online Sign-up

 

Booster Club Membership packages are a great way to support the baseball program while getting some great benefits, Panther gear, etc. 

OPTION 1 FOR MEMBERSHIP SIGNUP
Pay Online by selecting a Membership Level with the buttons at the Right of this page and pay online. Our booster members will have record of your online payment and provide you with your CHHS Baseball Perks! Please Bring filled out Membership form to first pitch dinner as well. Paypal payment is preferred by credit/debit is available.

 

OPTION 2

Print out the Membership Form on the Right, bring the filled out form with your payment to first pitch dinner and you will receive your CHHS Baseball Perks!

 

Remember, your membership costs are also Tax Deductible! The Booster Club and the players "THANK YOU!" for your participation.
