Coach McMullen has been coaching and teaching Math for 8 years. In 2022 he led Mansfield Legacy to the 5A Texas state semi-finals. For his winning record and positive development of student atheletes, the Dallas Morning News recognized him as Coach of the Year for 2022.
Coach Jon Pavliska "Coach Pav" graduated from Arlington Lamar High School in 1995 where he played 3 years of football and baseball. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Before coming to GCISD, Coach Pav was the Head Baseball coach at Arlington Oakridge for 8 years. 2022 will be coach Pav's 10th year teaching in GCISD and 20th year overall.
Coach Pav has been married to Jeanie for 16 years.
They have 2 sons: Kallin (11) and Kinsler (6)

Marc Garza

Coach Marc Garza graduated from Bryan Adams High School in 2004 where he played 4 years of football and baseball. He graduated from Monmouth College iwth a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
Before coming to GCISD, Coach Garza was the JV Coach and varsity catchers coach at Arlington High for the past 4 years. Before that, he was the Head Baseball coach at Carrollton Ranchview for 6 years.
While at Ranchview Coach Garza won 2 district titles and made it to the Area playoffs. Coach Garza was also selected as Coach of the Year for 10-4A in 2017. 2024 will be coach Garza's 14th year teaching and coaching.
Coach Garza has been married to his wife Megan for 2 years. They have one son Everett (7 months).
Coach Nick Uremovich graduated from Colleyville Heritage in 2011, playing football and baseball for the Panthers. Coach Uremovich attended North Lake College for one year, then graduated from Kansas State University in 2015. A proud K-State alum, Coach Uremovich got his degree in Secondary Education with certifications in English and Journalism. Previously, Coach Uremovich spent one year at Creekview Middle School, followed by two years at Boswell High School. Along with coaching the freshman baseball team, he is an assistant offensive line coach with the football program and a teacher in the English department.
Coach Uremovich has been married to his wife, Caitlin, since January of 2021.
