Coach Alan McDougal was born in Sherman, Texas. He graduated from Sherman High School in 1992 where he was a three-year varsity letterman for the Bearcats. Coach McDougal went to Baylor University and was a member of the Baylor Baseball team for two years. He graduated from Baylor in 1996 with a BA in History and a minor in Math. He received his Master's Degree in Educational Administration in 2012 from UT-Arlington. Coach McDougal teaches Advanced Algebra and Math Models at CHHS. This is Coach McDougal's 26th year in coaching, his 18th year as a head coach and his 17th year at CHHS. He previously coached at Boswell High School, Fort Worth Arlington Heights and Commerce.
Coach McDougal is the proud father of Jaxon (13) and Maxwell (6).
Coach Jon Pavliska "Coach Pav" graduated from Arlington Lamar High School in 1995 where he played 3 years of football and baseball. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Before coming to GCISD, Coach Pav was the Head Baseball coach at Arlington Oakridge for 8 years. 2022 will be coach Pav's 10th year teaching in GCISD and 20th year overall.
Coach Pav has been married to Jeanie for 16 years.
They have 2 sons: Kallin (11) and Kinsler (6)

Colby Goodman
Assistant Coach
Coach Colby Goodman graduated from Fossil Ridge High School in 2009 and was a two-year varsity letterman for the Panthers. Coach Goodman graduated from Tarleton State University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathmatics with Teachers Certification and minors in Kinesiology and English. He is a member of the Mathematics department at CHHS and teaches Algebra I. This is Coach Goodman's 9th year of coaching and his second tenure at CHHS. He has previously coache at JJ Pearce High School, Colleyville Heritage, and Denton Braswell High School. Coach Goodman serves as the pitching and catching coach for Colleyville Heritage.
Coach Goodman has been married to his wife, Hannah, for 6 years.

Nick Uremovich
Assistant Coach
Coach Nick Uremovich graduated from Colleyville Heritage in 2011, playing football and baseball for the Panthers. Coach Uremovich attended North Lake College for one year, then graduated from Kansas State University in 2015. A proud K-State alum, Coach Uremovich got his degree in Secondary Education with certifications in English and Journalism. Previously, Coach Uremovich spent one year at Creekview Middle School, followed by two years at Boswell High School. Along with coaching the freshman baseball team, he is an assistant offensive line coach with the football program and a teacher in the English department.
Coach Uremovich has been married to his wife, Caitlin, since January of 2021.
