Coach Alan McDougal was born in Sherman, Texas. He graduated from Sherman High School in 1992 where he was a three-year varsity letterman for the Bearcats. Coach McDougal went to Baylor University and was a member of the Baylor Baseball team for two years. He graduated from Baylor in 1996 with a BA in History and a minor in Math. He received his Master's Degree in Educational Administration in 2012 from UT-Arlington. Coach McDougal teaches Advanced Algebra and Math Models at CHHS. This is Coach McDougal's 25th year in coaching, his 16th year as a head coach and his 15th year at CHHS. He previously coached at Boswell High School, Fort Worth Arlington Heights and Commerce.
Coach McDougal is the proud father of Jaxon (12) and Maxwell (5).
Coach Jon Pavliska "Coach Pav" graduated from Arlington Lamar High School in 1995 where he played 3 years of football and baseball. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Before coming to GCISD, Coach Pav was the Head Baseball coach at Arlington Oakridge for 8 years. 2021 will be coach Pav's 10th year teaching in GCISD and 20th year overall.
Coach Pav has been married to Jeanie for 15 years.
They have 2 sons: Kallin (10) and Kinsler (5)
Coach Danny Kelley was born in Arlington Heights, IL and graduated from John Hersey High School. Coach Kelley then went on to play baseball at Black Hawk Community College before finishing his college career at The University of Tennessee Martin. He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Education and teaches in the Special Services department at CHHS. This is Coach Kelley’s 6th year coaching High School baseball and 2021 will serve as his first season at CHHS. Coach Kelley will be working with the pitching staff.
Coach Kelley is married to his wife Jenna, and they have 2 boys, John (3) and Grant (1)
Coach Pugh is in his 22nd year of coaching and 3rd year at CHHS. Coach Pugh graduated from Abilene Cooper high school where he was all state in football and basketball and all American
in baseball. Then attended The University of Texas where he was all American in baseball. Played six years professionally with the Padres, Cubs, and Rockies.

Coach Nick Uremovich graduated from Colleyville Heritage in 2011, playing football and baseball for the Panthers. Coach Uremovich attended North Lake College for one year, then graduated from Kansas State University in 2015. A proud K-State alum, Coach Uremovich got his degree in Secondary Education with certifications in English and Journalism. Previously, Coach Uremovich spent one year at Creekview Middle School, followed by two years at Boswell High School. Along with coaching the freshman baseball team, he is an assistant offensive line coach with the football program and a teacher in the English department.
Coach Uremovich has been married to his wife, Caitlin, since January of 2021.
Elina was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and attended five schools before moving to Colleyville. She has been a student trainer for all four years of high school for varsity sports including: football, volleyball and baseball. Elina had the opportunity to travel with the 2019 State Championship Baseball team as a sophomore.
After graduating she plans on attending the University of Texas at Austin to earn a degree in Film Production. Since middle school Elina has wanted to be involved in the process of filmmaking and has been an effects editor since age eleven. Although she won't continue studying sports medicine in college, she is grateful for the opportunities she was given and the friends she’s made as a trainer.
